Beef Jerky Treat Lands Man In Jail For Theft, Drug Charges
UPD Suspect, Anthony Fogg, Age 53Utica, NY (WIBX) - Police arrested a suspect following a theft at Family Dollar on Oriskany Street in Utica. Officials say 53-year-old Anthony Fogg allegedly stole eight bags of beef jerky from the store. Fogg was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance while being taken into custody. Police charged Fogg with Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance not in its original container.
